Here they are again, Old Europe’s reknown heroes of anarchistic trashfolk-lofi-pop-avantgardesurf, the Anglo German Low Stars. These six tracks on 9pm’s ”Burning Art” are the first available outtakes of their forthcoming full-length album. Featuring, the first time after numerous gigs all over Europe, the Low Stars

The recordings for this cd were made during one week in Potsdam/Germany at ZAP’s infamous Lofi-Studio. The first time ever the Anglo German Low Stars managed to get together into a studio and to perfectly capture the energy of their live-performances. Songs were contributed by all of the members of the AGLS though the Erich-material is missing on this selection (stay tuned for the regular full-length album that features actually more surprising stuff…). Here comes great song-material of sure one of the weirdest live-acts constantly touring Europe. Next European tour scheduled for January/February 2006.
