Wall & Andy Keeble of the Anglo German Low Stars. Two friendly maniacs from sunny St. Albans/UK with one of their numerous side-projects. But listen up - this one is gorgeous alt-country from Hertfordshire.

wouldn't be Los Chicos Muertos if they'd just play their fiddle, strum their guitar and sing along the Nashville-way. This is great alternative-country songwriting, accompanied by drum-machine/sequencer programming, some guest appearances on keyboards by Bill Johnson and - best of all - as a guestsinger you can hear Polly Huggett. And that's definitely one of the reasons to purchase this cd. It's quite a time since I've heard a song like "Bakersfield".
